This is a 4 part series that teaches you to exercise your Constitutional rights in a lawful and respectful manner. This explains how I incriminated myself before I was an attorney in a minor traffic case and makes it clear it would happen to you. The back of my business card reads, “Officer, I respectfully choose to remain silent and I want a lawyer.” By saying this, you invoke your 5th amendment right to remain silent and your 6th amendment right to counsel.
